About Theresa - Biography
Having spent her last 14 years in Australia, Theresa is far from her native home of Omaha, Nebraska. Her successful styling career started out in Chicago, Illinois where she worked as a food stylist after a rewarding career as a chef. Now with 16 years in styling Theresa has had the pleasure of working internationally including several cities in the United States, Australia and China.
Her background as a chef has helped her immeasurably with the huge variety of projects that encompass the food styling and consulting world. She has been able to develop a folio of work that features among other things - all pastry work, specialty ice cream and chocolate projects and all propping. Her much guarded fake milk and ice cream recipes constitute part of the secret to her success.
Theresa is well supported by broad experience in all aspects of the food industry, involving recipe development and consulting for a wide range of companies, some of which include Heinz, King Island Dairies, Patties, Ocean Spray, Ultra Slim, SPC, Lowan Wholefoods and Don Smallgoods. She has worked on several Television Commercials in the States as well as Australia and China for clients including Uncle Toby's, Bulla, Coon, Care Australia, Wall's Ice Cream (China) and Novo Foods.
